Greenspan Wants it Both Ways
Fed Kingpin Alan Greenspan stepped over the line when he advocated reducing Social Security benefits in favor of permanent tax cuts for the richest Americans. With Coupon Clippers making more and more on the backs of the jobless, Chutspah is Right.

The Economy is UP UP UP
The highest GNP since who knows when. That's what we'll be hearing for a while. I don't want to be a nay-sayer, but, until this economy starts producing jobs, and a lot of them, I'm skeptical.

A Pattern of Lies Emerges
"The British Government..." "Government Economists ... suggests that..." Since Bush doesn't have a clue, he quotes for cover.

George Bush has picked some powerful enemies. With continued failure in the stock markets and continued losses in the banking industry, the FED is getting nervous. Greenspan has signaled that Bush's economic plans are risky, and Bush in typical fashion has started to fight back.

Bankruptcy Reform - the Next Step in the Clinching America's Future
Bankruptcy has been a traditional way of releasing consumers and corporations from debts while allowing them to remain alive. It's better than the ancient system of imprisoning them (as is forbidden by the Consitution...). But our current Congress wants to change that, making it impossible for lower-income families to declare bankruptcy - but allowing companies to do it more easily.
