the question: "who goes to jail", none of the
above, that's for sure. i'll tell you who goes to
jail. someone unemployed dad whose job has gone to
mexico or china and has exhausted all of his
benefits, has no health insurance, and cannot find
a job to feed his family. this dad finds a low
paying part-time cash job and fails to report
$500.00 to the irs. he will be doin' time...that's
who goes to jail. not ken (kenny boy) lay....

the interesting thing about
limbaugh’s little oxycontin habit is the eerie
timing of events when compared to the timing of
events regarding a recently murdered pennsylvania
pharmacist, michael kerkowski, who was on the top
ten list of illegal oxycontin dealers in
pennsylvania. the dates are probably coincidental,
but the events below put the lie to those who
would have everyone believe that what limbaugh was
doing wasn’t every bit as connected to an ugly
underworld as any other illegal drug
operation.
kerkowski’s remains were
found among four other remains discovered in the
yard of the recent prison escapee, hugo
selenski’s, girlfriend. kerkowski had
previously referred to selenski as his best
friend. selenski made national news last week when
he pulled the window out of a 7th floor prison
cell with another prisoner, scott bolton, and
climbed down 12 prison sheets that were tied
together. selenski is reported to have pushed the
other prisoner who fell five floors and is still
in critical condition. the window they escaped
from had been used in a previous escape and was
supposed to have been
reinforced.
selenski, had been charged
on october 6th for the murder of two presumed drug
dealers, whose remains were found among the
remains of the five bodies buried on his
girlfriend’s property. for reasons not
explained, selenski hasn’t been charged with the
murders of the other three victims: kerkowski, and
his girlfriend, tammy lynn f-ssett, and a yet to
be identified victim. the drug dealers were shot,
kerkowski and f-ssett were strangled. selenski,
who says he’s innocent, surrendered monday after
calling his attorney from his girlfriend’s
kingston township, pa home where the remains were
found. he asked his attorney to arrange the
surrender, and was specific about how the
surrender be handled and who he wanted to bring
him in.
interestingly enough, the media
no longer refers to the fact that kerkowski was a
major supplier of oxycontin. he opened the
clinic through which he was selling the oxycontin
in march of 1999. limbaugh’s maid stated she
had to find another source of oxycontin in
‘early 1999’ because her husband’s
prescription ran out.
on june 28th,
2001 kerkowski who had been charged with illegal
drug sales, and involuntary manslaughter
(regarding an overdose death) was arrested. less
than a month later, cline stated she quit working
for limbaugh in july of 2001, but was still
selling him drugs. in early 2002 selenski
contacted an old friend, patrick russin (currently
an informant against selenski) to obtain drugs.
on may third 2002, kerkowski (out on bail) and his
girlfriend, tammy lynn f-sset, disappeared. on
may 10th, a missing persons report was filed on
kerkowski and f-ssett; they were never seen alive
again. in june, 2002, the maid said limbaugh
informed her he was going into detox.
“…shortly thereafter, cline went to the
prosecutors…” the only person so far noted in
the limbaugh investigation is another clinic owner
in florida, named louis beshara, who appears to
have been illegally selling more hydrocodone
(similar to oxycontin) than
oxycontin.
