![]() Impeach George Bush The Next 20 Years America was a nation respected in the world, a freedom-loving generous people with good intentions.... scrreeeetch and then we discovered that the nefarious CIA/Nixon gang was still running the government behind the scenes toppling governments, trading guns for drugs and.... Now we're wondering about the next 20 years. Source: Robie Lindauer, 2006-12-04 Candidate: Big Government The happy news that all is well in the world is as gone as Al Gore's inconvenient truth. The Inconveneint Truth is this. We have an economy based on chinese debt, wartime government debt-spending, and a laxidasical all-time-low interest rate from our central bank. What does this mean? It means that inflation's for dinner baby. Inflation isn't bad, unless of course you're trying to save money to retire one day.... Meanwhile, Gen-X has effectively shattered every culture icon we could have clinged to (for better or worse) making it effectively impossible for us to rally. So much for class consciousness, dumbasses! But don't blame yourself, Michael J. Fox told you that being young and republic was cool even if you weren't a member of the ruling class. Oh wait, they were members of the ruling class - media makers working for the state if I recall correctly. And on the war-front, our president is repeating "stay the course" like a victim of a mind-control zombification. And yet the Democrats refuse to do the thing they should do - IMPEACH THE BASTARD - as anyone who was watching carefully knew they should have done starting day 2. What does this mean? Well, it means that the $2 shoes from china won't stay that way - stock up. It means that it may become well-nigh impossible to buy gas in the medium term - consider electric vehicles anyone? What a GREAT FRIGGING IDEA! Too bad the State of California decided to stop forcing car makers to make the transition and the people of California LET THEM. Well, at least they tried, what excuse do you have, Illinois!? But what matter, the nuclear club is multiplying like wild rabbits on the prarie. It's a known-known. Everybody wants to be nuclear, it prevents you from being toppled by the idiota-in-chief. (At least he did one smart thing - NOT get us back into Korea!) My personal fears were alleviated for a while during the slow-down of the soviet union but with their destabilization came something much worse - unemployed nuclear weapons experts. What did you think they were going to do? Go to work at McDonalds? Everyone says "Yeah, but the Republicans got rid of the Russian nuclear threat." NOT. They made it into a completely unmanageable nightmare if you think they -really- had anything at all to do with it. But, at least our kids will be able to perform 8th grade arithmetic before being allowed to graduate thanks to no child left behind. Too bad they won't know abou economics or civics or logic or business or anything, you know, relevant to being a Citizen of a Country. So the next 20 years, X'ers, is YOUR problem (OUR PROBLEM). I expect solutions and I expect them now! Add a comment to this Message in our Forums. While you're at it, check out our forums too! User Originated Comments: From: citizen 2007-01-03 00:00:00 we need to secure our voting rights by calling a congressional convention as allowed by article 5 in the constitution to amend the constitution and insist on standardizing ballots in national elections, no privatized companies counting the ballots and changing the verbage in the constitution to secure our voting privilages. From: new yorker 2006-12-26 00:00:00 lorry, if you think gwb embodies courage, then you definitely have a problem bigger than just being an idiot. clinton was not with a "young girl". you're getting your foley page scandal confused with reality. try to keep up, will ya. you need to learn some facts only because you idiots keep voting for these half-wits that get the whole country in a mess, unnecessarily. learn what you want to say, before you just open that hole in your face. i'd rather slit my wrist than listen to republican mo-mo say we can win militarily and we need more troops. From: new yorker 2006-12-26 00:00:00 hey doomsday, check no further than paul bremer, rumsfeld, and gen. abazaid. they were in front leading the charge and now they all cut and ran in the middle of the war. if our troops "resigned" they would be labeled awol. not only do the troops stay, but many go back over. you bush lovers are disgusting traitors who should demand that rumsfeld stay on his post as sec of def. only cowards resign in a middle of a war he started. in the words of rumsfeld, "you go to war with the army you have, not the sec of def who brought you here." From: Robbie 2006-12-22 00:00:00 does anyone still buy the whole "bush's lying to americans to get us to go to war is okay because clinton had sex" line anymore, really? From: Lorry 2006-12-22 00:00:00 i have never seen a bunch of losers as you impeach bush whiners...courage decides who gets the prize and you will die and leave this earth screaming and kicking for all of your hate. your life s--ks and your hero is the only president who has been impeached for raping a young girl entrusted to the whitehouse. impeach clinton again.. |
