![]() Impeach George Bush On The Stump CNN - Candy Crowley - the independent thinking reader of the news that she is - broke from reading the news to compare Teresa Heinz Kerry with George W Bush. Source: The TIP, 2004-08-10 Candidate: TheTIP CNN - Candy Crowley - the independent thinking reader of the news that she is - broke from reading the news and did a vignette on Teresa Heinz Kerry. "He knows enough now to give her the mic...she gives the farmers a not-ver-well-received lecture on organic farming..." bespeaking both that Kerry defers to his wife and that she would lecture farmers on farming. "Kerry is almost an afterthought with her..." because she's on a high horse. "...in the Midwest, people say...well, she speaks with an accent...", oooooh, can't have that! Except that Teresa Heinz Kerry is an interesting person with wide-ranging curiosity that includes farming, that she can speak on any number of subjects, not just the subject of her husband, and that even inthe American midwest, people come into contact with men and women with an accent - and aren't immediatley alarmed. Then, CNN broke to a live look at Bush On the Stump in Florida where a man asks the President about Charter Schools. "First, how many of you are going to college? Good, very good. Well, Charter Schools aren't licensed by the Federal Government, and they shouldn't be. They're licensed by the State, or the County, or whatever..." Whoops! Go to commercial please! This guy is running for re-election. He didn't know anything when he ran four years ago, and he still doesn't know anything. As a father, he might have attended a school board meeting. As a govenor, he might have come across text books, school board members, funding for schools. Yet he still doesn't know who or what certifies schools - the local school board. Betcha Teresa Heinz Kerry knows. So does John Kerry. Add a comment to this Message in our Forums. While you're at it, check out our forums too! User Originated Comments: |
